The work, duties and powers of the Assembly shall be as follows:- (a) Determining the policy of the university, (b) Conducting high-level study, teaching and research programs in various subjects through the open education system, (c) Management and operation of the university. To provide the necessary guidance to the various organizations of the university and the agencies under it, (d) to determine and award various degrees to be awarded by the university, (e) to approve the university's plan, annual budget and program, (f) to approve the rules of the university, (g) various proposals received in the assembly To discuss and approve, (j) to discuss and pass the annual report and audit report of the university, (j) to instruct the executive council to maintain financial discipline in the university, (j) to do other work as specified.
